Can I personalise an item I order?

Yes many of our clothing and gift items can be personalised. You will be able to enter your personalisation details such as a name message or preferred design before you add the item to your bag.

Personalised items take a little longer than standard products because they are made specifically for you. Delivery times can vary especially around busy seasons so we recommend ordering in advance for birthdays holidays or special occasions.

Because personalised items are made to your exact specifications we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. Please double check your spelling and personalisation details before completing your order.

We accept major credit and debit cards and secure online payments to make sure your purchase is safe and convenient. Apple pay, Google pay and Clearpay are also available at checkout.
